Soren Schwab is CLT’s Vice President of Partnerships. Born and raised in Germany, Soren moved to the US in the late 2000’s to pursue his literature, theology, and education studies at Hillsdale College and Colorado Christian University. Soren first learned about CLT when researching a better and more meaningful assessment for his students. This is his fourth year with the organization. Soren and his wife Paula live in Annapolis, MD.

Matt Dearden serves as the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management at Cedarville University. Prior to working at Cedarville, Matt worked as a business and corporate attorney in the Dayton, Ohio area. Matt is a 2009 graduate of Cedarville. Interests include outdoor adventures, root beer, and history. He met his wife Rachel at Cedarville, and they currently have four daughters.
